WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO EASTER DINNER?
If you’re not in charge of the Easter ham, then it’s likely you’re going to want to bring an appetizer or side – and to me, the intoxicating plethora of sides is just as important as the Easter ham. Here are some of my favorite Easter recipes for side dishes:
Million Dollar Macaroni and Cheese
Garlic Butter Smashed Potatoes
Creamy Company Mashed Potatoes
One Pot Pea Bacon Pasta in Mascarpone Parmesan Sauce
Perfect Soft and Fluffy Dinner Rolls
Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Brown Butter

Easter Salads
One of my favorite parts of spring are the salads! I was originally going to clump the salads with the side Easter recipes, but decided they needed their very own section. Unlike Easter sides that are warm and comforting, Easter Salads are cool and refreshing – everyone balances out their Easter feast with a fresh fruit salad or green salad.
I’ve also included a few phenomenal pasta salads as well that might sound intriguing (Strawberry Pasta Salad I’m looking at you) – and they are! You can never have too many Easter recipes when its’ SALAD!
Strawberry Avocado Broccoli Salad with Creamy Poppy Seed Dressing
Creamy Grape Salad with Vanilla Yogurt Dressing
Creamy Bacon Pea Pasta Salad with Lemon Parmesan Dressing
Spinach Berry Salad with Creamy Strawberry Poppy Seed Dressing
BLT Pasta Salad with Lemon Chive Dressing
Berry Salad in Honey Mascarpone
Wedge Salad with Creamy Blue Cheese Ranch and Balsamic Reduction
Perfect Fruit Salad with Honey Citrus Poppy Seed Dressing
Corn Salad with Cilantro Lime Dressing
Creamy Classic Kicked Up Potato Salad
Strawberry Avocado Pasta Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Easter appetizers are the “fun” Easter recipes – they get the party started! How many times have you filled up just on appetizers because they are plain lick-your-fingers delicious! I have tons of appetizer recipes, you can see them all HERE, so here is just a sampling:
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms With Sun-dried Tomatoes and Basil
Strawberry Goat Cheese Bruschetta
Salsa Verde Honey Lime Chicken Taco Cups
Crab Cakes with Tomatillo Jalapeno Dip

Simply mix the batter, pour, bake and frost – without having to frost a bunch of cupcakes! I also love making cakes because they often taste even better the next day for stress free dessert! I have included every flavor of Easter Cake you can dream up from carrot cake to lemon cake to strawberry cake and more!
