Refreshing sweet, bright Blueberry Pineapple Salsa is addictingly delicious with chips, on chicken, fish, tacos or just a spoon! This easy salsa makes everything better and is the easiest tastiest appetizer!
Have you had the pleasure of consuming Blueberry Pineapple Salsa before?
By the chipful? the spoonful?
Its exquisite! Bright, sweet pineapple, sweetly tart blueberries, crisp red bell peppers, a speckling of jalapenos, red onions and cilantro all splashed with lime juice and a dusting of ground cumin and ginger. The perfect harmonious blend that you won’t be able to stop munching.
First I was eating it with chips. The next day it was just a spoon…
But…if you are making dinner anyway, this salsa is the crowning garnish on chicken or fish. In fact, I first shared Blueberry Pineapple Salsa as the perfect condiment with my Sweet and Spicy Asian Salmon. The sticky sweet heat with the bright, refreshing salsa was and is divine!
This Blueberry Pineapple Salsa takes minutes to chop and throw together for an easy snack or instant impressive appetizer or you can chill for later. I love keeping some in the refrigerator because this Blueberry Pineapple Salsa just gets better with time. If you have the will power to leave it alone for any amount of time.
