Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp EACH smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. dried oregano, ground coriander, salt
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, more or less to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.
  • Use immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool place for up to 6 months.
  • Taco Meat: Use 1 recipe (2 ½ tablespoons) per 1 pound of ground beef, turkey or chicken.
