Aloha Pineapple Smoothie

This Pineapple Smoothie is a guilt free "indulgence" that is silky, cool, refreshing, and healthy! It is a tropical paradise in smoothie form and is SO easy to make.  It's a simple blending of pineapple, mangos, banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, coconut milk, orange juice, and pineapple juice. It is perfect for breakfast, with lunch or a satisfying snack; it even tastes delicious enough to call it a light dessert!  You can customize this Pineapple Smoothie with more mango, more pineapple or add strawberries, spinach, etc. to make it YOUR favorite smoothie recipe!  With one sip you will be wondering how you ever lived without this mango pineapple smoothie in your life!

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz. can pineapple chunks in pineapple juice*
  • 1 fresh ripe mango, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 ripe frozen banana
  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cups ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to your blender starting with fruit then chop then liquefy until very smooth. If you like a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt and ice. For a thinner smoothie, add more orange juice/coconut milk.

Notes

*may substitute 2 cups fresh pineapple and 1 cup fresh pineapple juice.
**may use a fresh unfrozen banana and increase ice to approximately 1 cup.
