Cinnamon Baked Peaches with Bacon, Walnuts and Honey Balsamic Cream
Juicy Baked Peaches lightly dusted with cinnamon and sugar, broiled to perfect caramelization and then topped with walnuts and bacon then drizzled with honey balsamic Greek yogurt all over a bed of spinach. Hello guilt free deliciousness.
Peaches
- 4 peaches, halved and pitted
- sugar
- cinnamon
Garnish (optional)
- 6-8 pieces (turkey) bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- spinach (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place peach halves on a baking sheet, skin side down, and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden on top.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey and balsamic vinegar until smooth.
To serve, plate spinach, top with peaches, sprinkle with bacon and walnuts and drizzle honey balsamic yogurt over top.
