  • Bake at 375F degrees for 10-14 minutes or until golden.

Notes

Make Ahead

  • Crescent rolls can be filled and shaped, then placed on prepared baking sheet up to 2 hours before baking.
  • Do not make more than 2 hours before baking or they will not rise as well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
  • Add an additional 2-3 minutes to baking time.

Storage

  • This crescent roll recipe should be refrigerated due to the cheese and bruschetta.
  • To store, let crescent rolls cool to room temperature. Cooling them first is important to you don’t trap in excess condensation.
  • Place crescent rolls in an air-tight bag and squeeze out excess air or wrap them in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 5-7 days, otherwise they can be frozen (see section below).

HOW TO YOU REHEAT

  • OVEN: Wrap crescent rolls in foil to keep them from drying out. Place foil package on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
  • MICROWAVE: Wrap crescent rolls in moistened paper towels and place on a microwave-safe plate. Warm on low power for 20-30 seconds. Check to see if warm. Repeat if necessary.

How to Freeze

Yes, you can freeze the crescent rolls after they are baked for an easy, make ahead dinner or entertaining side. Here's how:
  1. Let crescent rolls cool completely.
  2. Place baking sheet in the freezer and freeze crescent rolls until solid, about 1 hour.
  3. Add crescent rolls to a freezer bag, squeeze out excess air and label.
  4. Alternatively, you can skip the flash freeze and wrap each crescent individually in plastic wrap before adding to a freezer bag.
  5. Freeze crescent rolls for up to 3 months.
  6. When ready to eat, thaw crescent rolls overnight in the refrigerator OR place them in a greased microwave-safe dish and microwave 1-2 minutes, or until thawed.
  7. To warm, place crescent rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes or until warmed through.
