Jen, I LOVE your blog, and I probably make your recipes more than anybody else’s! Your pictures are stunning and such an inspiration to me! I look forward to visiting your blog all the time! (Sorry I have been MIA for quite a while. I was busy redesigning my blog and have kind of dropped off the face of the earth until it went live a few days ago!)

    Hi Jen,
I just wanted to tell you that before I discovered your blog I was terrified of cooking. I just felt so intimidated and inadequate. One day I guess I was feeling brave and tried your thai coconut red curry with vegetables recipe and it was AMAZING. I felt so proud and excited, and that was the beginning of my cooking journey! Now it’s my go-to recipe when we have friends over (NEVER would’ve fed people a year ago). I just wanted to thank you for your work and encourage you! My husband thanks you also 🙂

I love your comment so so much Kelli! I am thrilled my recipes have given you confidence in the kitchen! My mom always said, “If you can read you can cook” but I would add that it also has to be a good recipe! I hope you continue to find many new favorites!
